1. General
These terms apply to all purchases and transactions entered into with A. GAMBORG APS (CVR 35667326), Hovedgaden 52B, 3320 Skævinge. By using our services you accept these terms.
2. Prices and payment
- Prices are quoted in DKK including VAT unless otherwise explicitly stated.
- Payment is made via approved payment methods (MobilePay, card, bank transfer).
- Invoices are issued electronically to the specified email address.
3. Right of withdrawal
- You have 14 days right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods or from entering into the service agreement.
- Goods must be returned in original condition.
- The right of withdrawal lapses for digital services that have been commenced with your explicit consent.
4. Personal data
- We process your information in accordance with our Privacy policy.
- Data is shared only with necessary third parties (e.g. suppliers and sub-processors) under written data processing agreements.
5. Liability
- We are not liable for indirect losses, including operating loss, lost profit or loss of data.
- Product descriptions and time estimates are indicative.
- Our total liability is limited to the invoiced amount for the relevant service.
6. Changes
- We reserve the right to change the terms with 30 days' notice.
- Changes are published on this page with an updated date at the top.
7. Governing law and disputes
Danish law applies. Any disputes shall be settled by Danish courts.
